- Security Deposit - $500 (returned after visit)

Conditions
The apartment is available through May, 2011. Further dates will be added as we confirm our own travel plans. Minimum 3 night stay. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Rates are valid for a maximum occupancy of 4. An additional $50/night will be added for additional occupants with a maximum of 6 occupants. Please contact us for more information if your party is larger than 4.
Cancellation Policy
- Over 60 days before visit - full refund
- 30-60 days before visit - 50% refund
- 8-29 days before visit - 25% refund
- 1-7 days before visit - no refund
