We love Brooklyn, and we’re not shy about showing our admiration for the “Better Borough.” We especially love our own neighborhood, Carroll Gardens.

Carroll Gardens, and its nearby neighborhoods, is full of charming blocks of the classic Brooklyn you know so well from movies and photo shoots.

Smith Street and Court Street, the neighborhood’s two primary thoroughfares, are lined with dozens of amazing restaurants, bars, bakeries, classic Italian meat stores, and gourmet food stores. Carroll Gardens is also home to dozens of independently owned boutiques, boasting beautiful jewelry, shoes, bags, men’s and women’s clothing and fantastic housewares.

Loft 2c is, quite literally, across the street from a subway entrance. Both the F and the G trains stop at Carroll Street for a 15 minute train ride to Manhattan and a 20 minute train ride to Williamsburg (hipsterville), Brooklyn.

Whether you plan to spend the day wandering around Fort Greene’s Designer Flea Market, Park Slope’s Farmer’s Market or the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, our home makes for a great base to enjoy Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and New York beyond.
